The Hoopomania Body Hoop is particularly suitable for people who want a noticeable massage feel without moving straight to the most intense massage hoops. There is no single best massage hoop for everyone: what matters is whether the overall profile suits the individual's starting point and preferred training resistance.

Why does the Body Hoop feel this way?
The sensation comes from two separate components: the weight of the hoop and the contact made by the massage nubs. The Hoopomania Body Hoop combines a hoop weight of 0.95 kg with 77 rigid plastic massage nubs. Its weight is therefore more noticeable than that of the Hoopomania Slim Hoop, while the firm nubs create a distinct, focused massage feel.

This makes the hoop's overall profile more noticeable than that of the lightweight Slim Hoop. The Hoopomania Magnetic Hoop may feel more intense not only because it is heavier. The more pointed shape of its silicone nubs can also create a distinctly stronger pressure sensation despite the cushioning material. Material, nub shape and weight must therefore always be considered together.

Who is the Body Hoop suitable for?
• beginners who would like to try a clearly noticeable massage hula hoop;
• people for whom a very light massage hoop provides too little training resistance;

Start safely and evenly
Begin with short sessions of around two to five minutes at a time and increase the duration gradually. Whenever possible, train in both directions, alternating between left and right.
