It is possible to fill the Hula Hoop and make it heavier. With a Hula Hoop with weights you have the possibility to increase steadily without having to buy another Hula Hoop directly. However, in order to minimise the pain threshold when hooping, the entire Hula Hoop with weight was additionally covered with foam, which also prevents the hoop from slipping when swinging during the workout. Thus, this hula hoop with weight is optimally suitable for all beginners and can also be used as an advanced hooper.

Filling Hula Hoops
Often experienced hoopers want to fill their Hula Hoops and like to use rice or similar for this. However, this causes damage to the hula hoop in the long run. If you want to fill up your Hoopomania hoop, you should rather go for the new Booster Hoop and equip it with the right weights without causing any damage.
Likewise, hoops filled with rice or sand are usually not in the right balance.
Hula Hoop with weight
Hoopomania Hula Hoops are available in many different weight classes, so that there is the right hoop for everyone. Especially as a beginner you can quickly achieve first successes and would like to increase after a short time. With a Hula Hoop with weights this is no longer a problem and you can make the Hula Hoop heavier. The weights to fill the Hula Hoop are elongated metal rods which are inserted into the Hula Hoop with a tool. They are very stable and can be removed at any time.
Assembly of the Booster Hoop
The Hula Hoop with weight is assembled in a few steps. If the Hula Hoop is to be used without additional weights at the beginning, the individual elements can be connected with each other by the One-Click-System. If after some time the Hula Hoop should be equipped with weights, the elements can also be disassembled by pressing on the marked points.
Afterwards, the metal rods can be inserted into the hoop elements. This way you get a Hula Hoop with weight, which is again a new challenge and challenges you again.
*Please note: Additional weights must be distributed correctly, otherwise an imbalance will occur. Always add two weights opposite each other. Single weights are not recommended and would disturb the complete balance of the Hoopomania Booster Hoop.
ATTENTION: Untrained users can get bruises when using Hula Hoops with weights. This is a normal reaction of the body. If you want to avoid this, please order our abdominal belt, which prevents this due to the padding.
ATTENTION! The single weights are deliberately wrapped with a transparent foil. This foil must not be removed! This serves as additional sound insulation and reduces possible disturbing noises during hooping.
