If you choose "secupay Lastschrift" (direct debit), "secupay Kreditkarte" (credit card) or "secupay Rechnungskauf" (invoice), the payment amount will be assigned to secupay AG, Goethestraße 6, 01896 Pulsnitz. The amount will be debited after completion of your order.
All data necessary for handling your payment will be submitted to secupay AG. For the purpose of assessing the risk of failure secupay AG might run a solvency check. Information regarding your previous payment history, based on mathematical-statistical analysis under inclusion of address data (scoring), will be obtained from the following service providers: infoscore Consumer Data GmbH, Rheinstraße 99, 76532 Baden-Baden and Creditreform Boniversum GmbH, Hellersbergstr. 11, 41460 Neuss. For payments debit or invoice a surcharge of 3.5% of the value is calculated. Payment can be done only in EUR, not in CHF or GBP!

The payment option ‘purchase on account’ is not available for all offers (see http://www.billpay.de/endkunden/) and requires, among other things, a successful creditworthiness check through the Billpay GmbH. If the customer is allowed to realize a purchase on account, the payment will be completed in collaboration with the Billpay GmbH to which the provider transfers its claim for payment. In this case, the client may only pay the debts to the Billpay GmbH with discharging effect. The provider remains responsible for general customer inquiries (delivery time, dispatch, returns, complaints, revocation or crediting) even when the purchase invoice will be realized via Billpay. Debit authorization, processing fee for returned direct debits
If you pay per direct debit via Billpay, the payment amount is due immediately. The client hereby revocably authorizes the Billpay GmbH to collect the payments at the expense of the indicated account by direct debit. If the account does not have sufficient coverage, the managing credit institution is not obligated to pay. Partial payments will not be accepted in the context of direct debit. In this case, the client may only pay the debts to the Billpay GmbH with discharging effect.

With the indication of the current account, the customer confirms that he is entitled to debit on the corresponding account and that he will make sure the necessary coverage. Reject debits are associated with high effort and additional costs for the provider and the Billpay GmbH. In the case of a reject debit because of insufficient account coverage, the expiration of the current account or an unauthorized revocation of the account holder the client authorizes Billpay to submit the debit for the overdue payment obligation once more. Further claims are reserved. The customer will be given the opportunity to prove that lower or no costs have been incurred because of the reject debit. Given the effort and the costs of each reject debit and in order to avoid further processing fees, the customer is kindly asked not to contradict the direct debit in the case of a cancellation of the contract of sale, a return or a complaint. In such a case, the reversal of payment will be realized by remittance of the appropriate amount or by credit after consultation with us.
Debit Purchase via BillPay is possible for our Swiss and Austrian customers - only in EURO, not in CHF or GBP!

We now offer all customers a payment in CHF (Swiss Francs) and GBP (Pound Sterling). You need to change the currency on your desired currency for only this you accomplish easily, by clicking on our website in the currency CHF / GBP / EUR on the top right.
This all cost factors (product prices, payment costs, shipping costs) in the corresponding currencies are converted.
However we would like to point out the daily fluctuations in the markets are not considered in us as we match the exchange rate with the ECB only 1x daily.
Please note that we do not all payment provider accept all currencies. A shipping address and payment, for example, with "Barzahlen" is not possible in Germany with other currency, change it again to EUR back, the currency of your country of dispatch.
