All orders, weekdays (Monday - Friday) that arrive with us until 14:00 and are paid in full, will be shipped the same day by us.
You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
Here you will find a quick cost guide followed by detailed shipping information. The applicable method and final price depend on destination, basket, weight and possible bulky goods.

Germany: DHL, GLS and DPD
For parcels up to 31.5 kg, the published rates are GLS €5.99, DPD €7.99, DHL €9.49 and DHL GoGreen €9.99. Free delivery from €99 is shown for Germany where the basket and method qualify.

Bulky and especially large items
Large products are marked as bulky. DHL bulky shipping within Germany is listed at €29.99; DPD may be offered without a separate surcharge depending on dimensions. A separate €200 free-shipping threshold is listed for bulky goods.

EU and other European countries
Costs vary by country, carrier and basket. For many European destinations, standard shipping from €16.99 and free delivery from €199 are published. Finland and Sweden have different rates.
Standard group: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, France, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czechia, Hungary, the United Kingdom and Cyprus.
Finland and Sweden: €24.99 standard or €29.99 DHL Premium GoGreen; typical delivery 2–5 working days.

Bulky goods abroad
Published premium bulky-goods guidance: €34.99 in the European standard group, €39.99 for Switzerland and €49.99 for Finland and Sweden. Product marking and checkout are binding.
Delivery to Switzerland
For Switzerland, DHL up to 30 kg is listed at €24.99 and DHL Premium GoGreen at €29.99. Free delivery from €299 is stated. Bulky items may incur a surcharge.
Import tax, customs duties, other charges and handling or carrier fees may additionally apply. These are not included in any flat shipping-cost promise by HHS.
Worldwide shipping and heavy orders
Other destinations are calculated by zone and weight. Published guidance up to 30 kg: Zone 2 €19.99, Zone 3 €24.99, Zones 4 and 5 €34.99, Zone 6 €39.99. Bulky-goods and import costs may be added.
Historical country lists are not repeated as a permanent delivery promise because restrictions can change. Delivery is possible only where the country and a suitable method are offered during ordering. Orders above 30/31.5 kg or not covered by checkout are reviewed individually.
Delivery time and tracking
The applicable delivery time appears on the product page. If items have different times, the longest stated time normally applies to the combined shipment unless agreed otherwise.
Where tracking is available, the tracking details are sent with the dispatch notification.
