Products are released at different times.
This means that on the specified day the pre-order will open "During the day" (not before 8.00 AM).

Each product has a certain contingent. If this quota is reached by pre-orders, the Hoopomania products are deactivated and our system assigns a new date.
If you missed the pre-order, you will unfortunately have to wait for the next date. Also our support team cannot help you here.

After opening the pre-order in the webshop, you have the possibility to purchase a maximum of 20 pieces per product.
Bypassing this number of items restriction by multiple orders, changing email addresses, different spelling of addresses or names leads to cancellation and blocking of the customer account.
The limit applies per person and per household.
You will see the latest goods issue date in the complete order process and in your order confirmation mail, if the pre-order is activated.
