The blank can be used for arm, isolation and other off-body movements. It has no inner grip strip, so its contact feel differs from finished mini hoops with grip tape.
Simple or individually decorated
Without decorative tape, the tube colour remains the visual focus. If tape is added, check the finished hoop for loose or damaged areas before every use.
Start safely
Begin with one hoop and sufficient free space. Keep it away from the face and glasses and maintain distance from people, animals, furniture and lamps. Stop if you experience pain or marked discomfort.
