Arm hooping as a different form of movement
The Hoopomania Arm Hoop adds a different form of movement to hula-hoop training: instead of rotating around the waist, the two small hoops are guided using the hands, forearms or upper arms. The set offers additional movement exercises in which the hands and arms guide the hoops. The Arm Hoop complements a suitable regular hula hoop but does not replace it.
The set contains two permanently closed Arm Hoops in the selected colour. Each hoop has a metal core with a foam cover, weighs approx. 0.25 kg and measures 33 cm in diameter. The hoops are permanently closed and have no connector or detachable sections.

Build up the exercises with control
Begin with one Arm Hoop and calm movements that you can control well. First practise a safe start and stop, then change arm and direction of rotation. Use both hoops at the same time only once you can control one hoop safely. Foam cover without massage nubs
The Hoopomania Arm Hoops have no massage nubs or massage contours. The foam cover forms the outer contact surface and separates the metal core from direct contact. The product is not intended to create a pressure-intensive massage feel. How demanding the movement feels still depends on arm position, speed, coordination and training duration.

Train safely: Keep the hoops away from your face, head and glasses, and allow sufficient distance from other people, animals, furniture, lamps and other objects. Train in a clear movement area and stop if you experience pain, numbness, loss of control or clear discomfort. Short, controlled sessions are more important than high speed.
