This option contains the Hoopomania Booster Hoop with a base weight of 0.85 kg. Additional weights and the special tool are not included with this option. Suitable weights can be purchased separately later.
A variable training system instead of one fixed weight
You do not always need a second hoop simply because you want to change the training weight. This is exactly where the Hoopomania Booster Hoop comes in: rather than being a hula hoop with one fixed weight, it is a variable weight system. Its base weight is 0.85 kg. Adding two, four, six or eight suitable 200 g weights creates five configurations ranging from 0.85 to 2.45 kg.
This variable training concept allows a light starting point and more training resistance later, all within the same hoop. Anyone who already owns a Hoopomania Booster Hoop can often avoid an unnecessary new purchase by adding suitable weights. If mainly the desired training weight has changed, suitable additional weights may make more sense than buying a new hoop. The right configuration should not, however, be selected solely by body weight. Experience, technique, pressure sensitivity, the weight of the hoop used so far and the desired training feel all matter.
Suitable additional weights for the Hoopomania Booster Hoop are available as a separate product and can be purchased later if required.
Important for choosing correctly: The Hoopomania Booster Hoop does not automatically replace a massage hoop. Its smooth contact profile and adjustable weight levels serve a different purpose from pronounced massage nubs. Anyone specifically looking for an intense, focused massage-nub feel may experience a different type of contact with a suitably designed Hoopomania massage hoop.
Its particular role in the Hoopomania range: The training weight can be changed later within one coordinated system. The Booster is therefore not a weight ladder that must automatically be followed from light to heavy. Its levels are selectable configurations for different starting points.
Even contact instead of focused massage nubs
The Hoopomania Booster Hoop is completely covered with smooth foam. It has neither massage nubs nor massage contours. This produces an even contact feel without the focused pressure points created by many massage hoops. It can be particularly interesting for people who react sensitively to pronounced massage profiles or deliberately want a smooth, padded contact surface.
Pressure intensity still increases as the weight rises. The 2.05 and 2.45 kg configurations in particular can be distinctly demanding despite the foam, because the high hoop weight acts on a comparatively narrow contact area. Padded therefore does not automatically mean light or free from discomfort.
Who might the Hoopomania Booster Hoop suit?
• beginners who want to start without strongly focused massage nubs;
• people who are sensitive to pressure or pain and prefer a smooth foam profile;
• experienced users who want to adjust their hoop weight within one system;
• owners of a Hoopomania Booster Hoop who can often avoid an unnecessary new purchase with suitable additional weights;
• users who want to try different weight levels without turning them into a fixed progression.
The heaviest 2.45 kg configuration is intended for experienced users and is not recommended for beginners. The other levels should not be selected from a number alone either. A low base weight may feel different while learning, whereas a high weight noticeably increases the contact pressure. The person's individual starting point is decisive.
Five configurations of one system, not five different hoops
• 0.85 kg without additional weights: for a deliberately light starting point; lighter than the Hoopomania Light Hoop and without massage contours.
• 1.25 kg with two weights: for slightly more training resistance; close in weight to the Hoopomania Light Hoop, but with a different contact profile from its massage contours.
• 1.65 kg with four weights: for more noticeable resistance; approximately in the weight range of the Hoopomania Weight Hoop and still without massage contours.
• 2.05 kg with six weights: for a deliberately heavy configuration; approximately in the weight range of the Hoopomania Might Hoop and clearly noticeable despite the smooth padding.
• 2.45 kg with eight weights: the heaviest Booster configuration, intended solely as a deliberate option for experienced users.
This comparison describes weight ranges, not identical overall intensity. Construction, contact profile, experience and personal perception can make two hoops of a similar weight feel different.
Insert the weights symmetrically with the ring eye facing outwards
Use only the designated Booster weights. The permitted configurations use zero, two, four, six or eight weights. The following four language-neutral images show the correct symmetrical distribution for each weighted configuration.

The video tab “Hoopomania Booster Hoop Instructions” shows step by step how to open the sections, insert the weights with the ring eye facing outwards and remove them later using the special tool. Watch the instruction video before changing the configuration for the first time.
Increase carefully and train in a balanced way
When first starting out, begin with short sessions of around two to five minutes and increase the duration gradually. Train in both directions where possible, alternating between left and right.
After increasing the weight, there is no rigid requirement to return to a predefined starting duration. Nevertheless, test the new configuration carefully at first and use your control and personal perception as a guide. Pause if you experience pain, strong pressure marks or clear discomfort. A Hoopomania waist belt is usually unnecessary because of the foam padding, but it can optionally provide extra cushioning.
Practical for everyday use
The One-Click spring connector allows the hoop to be assembled and disassembled. Always use the Hoopomania Booster Hoop with all eight sections. The weights can be inserted when required and removed again using the special tool.
A suitable Hoopomania carrying bag is available separately and also provides room for the additional weights.
