The Hoopomania Back Stretcher can be set to three heights of approximately 7, 9 or 11 cm. This allows the support curve to be adjusted gradually instead of starting with a fixed arch. Always begin at the lowest level. Exactly three versions are available: RS-200, RS-300 and RS-400.

All three models use the same three-level base construction and include a strap, DVD and instructions. Their main difference is the contact surface.
RS-200 with massage nubs
The black version has raised massage nubs that create clearly defined contact points while lying on it. Perceived intensity depends on the selected height, position, clothing and individual sensitivity to pressure.

RS-400 with prominent acupressure nubs
