Please, follow the following tips to unwind a complaint or return:
1. Please, send the product always completely with accessories, as well as you have got it of us.
2. Please send us a detailed mistake description, as well as a copy of the calculation.
3. Send back the product as a package or letter to us (DHL, DPD, GLS, Hermes) The forwarding expenses we will refund to you of course (Only for Germany, and only by defectivly goods). Not free broadcastings are not accepted for organizational reasons.
