Training tips
- Recommended training of at least 3 times per week on 15 to 20 minutes duration (for beginners 2-5 minutes is recommended).
- Never stretch the knees too much, leave it slightly stooped to relieve the joints. Legs should be step apart and firmly put on the ground. This will help you make an optimum balance which you will need to make the wings and tricks.
- Turn the Health Hoop clockwise, and then counterclockwise, this will make the massage evenly distributed.
- Don’t forget to drink plenty of liquid afterwards to replenish what you lost during the training.
- A healthy diet should be observed for a quicker success. Cut the calories and take fiber rich foods.
- Set a small goal for yourself and try to achieve it and gradually increase your aim. Do not force your body to do too much training at one time.
- When you experience severe and unbearable body pain kindly visit a doctor to help you determine whether the culprit is the Health Hoop or not.
- A maximum of 5 minutes of training daily is set for the beginners to let your body adjust to the intense pressure of hoop massage. Excessive or incorrect training for beginners can result to purple spots in your body. However, these can be avoided by using Shapewear belt (from Hoopmania) or by wearing ticker T-shirt or sweater.
- The blue/purple spots will disappear as your training continues. This will depict that your muscles are strengthened and the skin is tightened.
Tips and warnings
1. Pay attention to the fact that you endanger no people or objects with your Health Hoop!
2. Health Hoop is not suitable for pregnant women and physically unstable people!
3. Patients with electric implants (e.g., heart pacemaker) are not advisable to train with the Health Hoops to avoid the occurrence of health complications.
4. When removing the air damping remember that it is not stuck!
